TomaGold Corporation (TSXV: LOT) is a Canadian mineral exploration corporation engaged in the acquisition, assessment, exploration and development of gold mineral properties. TomaGold has interests in five gold properties near the Chibougamau mining camp in northern Quebec: Obalski, Monster Lake East, Monster Lake West, Hazeur and Lac Doda. It also participates in a joint venture with Evolution Mining Ltd and New Gold Inc., through which it holds a 24.5% interest in the Baird property, near the Red Lake mining camp in Ontario.

At its November 2020 Annual General and Special Meeting of shareholders, TomaGold’s shareholders approved a new slate of directors: namely David Grondin, Michel E. Labrousse, Jean-Sébastien Jacquetin, Caitlin Jeffs, Albert Contardi and Wanda Cutler. The Corporation has also created an advisory committee composed of Victor Cantore, Claude Larouche, George C. Patterson and Robert McPhinney, and appointed André Jean as its Director of Exploration, Quebec, and Caitlin Jeffs as its Director of Exploration, Ontario and rest of Canada.

These new appointments have strengthened and added depth to our geological, financial and communication expertise and considerably enhanced our network within the mining and financial communities. The addition to our team of André Jean, to whom we can attribute the initial high-grade discoveries on Monster Lake, and geologist Caitlin Jeffs, with her strong knowledge of the Red Lake mining camp, will help us structure our exploration activities so that we can replicate what we achieved at Monster Lake. This new corporate structure has the potential to create strong added value for our shareholders in the long run.
