TomaGold Signs Definitive Asset Purchase Agreement for Sale of Hazeur, Monster Lake East and Monster Lake West Properties

Montreal, Québec, July 11, 2025 TOMAGOLD CORPORATION (TSXV: LOT) (“TomaGold” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has signed a definitive asset purchase agreement with Northern Superior Resources Inc. (TSXV: SUP; OTCQX: NSUPF; GR: D9M1) for the sale of its wholly-owned Hazeur, Monster Lake East and Monster Lake West properties, as previously disclosed in the press release dated June 16, 2025.

The transaction is expected to close next week.
